A new generation of magnetic measurement apparatus was developed in 1986 by National Institute of Metrology P.R.China and Electric Research Institute of Loudi Region cooperatively. The first set of MATS-2000 Auto Test System of Magnetic Materials of China was developed in 1989 in Loudi Region, which passed the certification of China Association for Science and Technology in 1990. The measurement precision of the product reaches or exceeds the regulations of international IEC standard and national standards and filled the blank of magnetic measurement field in our country.
